You are eligible to apply for immigration if you have completed at least two years of study at a public or government-accredited private university in Canada and have at least one year of full-time work experience.

If you have completed a two-year diploma or higher from a Canadian college or university, you may be eligible for a Post Graduate Work Permit, which allows you to stay and work legally in Canada for three years.

However, not all occupations are eligible to apply for immigration after studying abroad, only those that fall under NOC List O, A, and B on the Canadian Occupational Classification Schedule.
