This major teaches students the overall knowledge needed to successfully manage a hotel. You’ll be able to teach all aspects of hotel management, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, marketing and sales, and conferences and catering. Most programs have an off-campus study abroad component where you can gain practical knowledge and experience and make connections in the real world.

Features	Admissions are available in May as well as September and January. This is a program that combines theory and practice so that you can acquire knowledge on all aspects of hospitality in a hotel, and you will have an internship in a real industry for 14 weeks.

2. Seneca College

Program Name	Hospitality – Hotel and Restaurant Services Management
When to enroll	Admitted every September and January
Campus	Markham Campus, Moving to Newnham
Features	This is a program where you will learn about the overall work and services provided in hotels and restaurants. Classes are conducted in Seneca-issued uniforms. Together, you’ll learn most of the skills needed to serve customers, including food handling, smart serve, first aid, and CPR.

3. Niagara College

Program Name	Hospitality – Hotel and Restaurant Operations
When to enroll	Admitted every September and January
Campus	Niagara On the Lake Campus
Features	You will be able to learn about overall management and practices such as banquet management, food and beverage management, group sales of hotel facilities, and hotel and restaurant accounting. Due to the tourist nature of Niagara, many graduates of hospitality management programs are in demand.
