Baking and Pastry Arts Management
You will learn complex and specialized skills in baking for special occasions as well as for everyday use, including candy, chocolate, wedding cakes, desserts, baked goods, breakfast bread, ice cream, and more. In the first year, you’ll learn the basics of baking, hygiene, how to use bakery equipment, and how to organize menus, and in the second year, you’ll learn more about traditional baking and fine craftsmanship.
